RENTAL PROBLEMS IN GURGAON

As the accommodation in Gurgaon has artificially been made a problem by property agents. They take huge commission from both the parties i.e. apartment/ flat owner and tenant. The so called agency charges are upto a month's rent from both the parties for a lease of 11 months only. This increases the rental burden by around 10 % to the tenant whereas decreases the rental benefit by 10 % to the flat owner. However on negotiations they reduce it to the half of the month's rental.
This must be restricted to the 1/4 of the rental from both the parties.
Otherwise you can use this site/blog to put your ad /requirement free of cost.

1.5 feet holes and 1.5 feet speed breakers on road

For every 10 feet driving you have to go either 1.5 feet down (in a hole) or you will jump 2 feet up (by speed breaker).

During rainy day, you will be drive in ponds scattered all over Gurgaon and waiting for ups or downs on the road which will be so frequent that you won't be able to find the road in between. If you think I am joking that that may be because of only one thing - You have never visited Gurgaon. If you have ever visited Gurgaon, you must be starting sharing your views on it.

Most of the people having back pain here, thanks to the roads of the Gurgaon. If you have back pain, neac pain, back-ache, slip disc problem, think more than 100 times before travelling to Gurgaon by road. Though by air (helicopter) there may be no problems at all.

No public transport in Gurgaon

You will be surprised to see that there is not much public transport available in Gurgaon. You may be charged anything for Auto/Taxi, if you are fortunate enough to find it.

People put their life on stake to cross the NH8 which is also known as "Delhi Gurgaon death-press way"instead of "Delhi Gurgaon Ex-press way". There should be some more sub'ways for crossing the roads.

Also there should be better public transport from Delhi (Dhaula Kuan, ISBT, Medical etc.) to Dharuhera (via IFFCO Chowk, Rajiv Chowk, Hero Honda Chowk, Manesar) - on NH 8. People are facing a lot of problem on this sector. But what to do, they have to do the jobs.

Delhi Gurgaon death-press way

I would like to say its Delhi Gurgaon Death-press way instead of Delhi Gurgaon Ex-press way. 200 lives in a year, Ohhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!

I am a daily commuter of this death-press way and find almost daily an accident. The primary question is who should train the people the norms for driving on motor-way.

All the authorities and Govts. etc have left pedestrians to die while crossing this death-press way. There are some non-sense shortcomings in this beautiful project.

Collecting views from all of you and then we can represent/suggest for the betterment.
